Fujitsu Limited has officially unveiled its next-generation AI presentation technology, Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation, allowing businesses to create and deliver multilingual, AI-driven presentations complete with avatar narrators and live Q&A handling. The tool is available as a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI agent and supports over 30 languages, streamlining corporate communications globally.
AI Avatars That Present and Interact in Real-Time
Fujitsu developed the AI Auto Presentation tool with Headwaters Co., Ltd and therefore affords many function including – uploading a PowerPoint file, generating realistic lifelike voiceovers in the user’s own voice, presenting with an AI avatar – and being able to respond to any audience questions through their RAG technology.
AI Auto Presentation was developed with the intention of barrier free presenting for all individuals by removing challenges such as anxiety associated with public speaking or limitations of english or other language skills, so that any individual can give an important presentation in their first language or target language. Fujitsu plans to pilot AI Auto Presentation internally from Q2 FY 2025 and plans to integrate into Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint as an application sooner after.

Fujitsu’s AI Auto Presentation system offers autonomous slide transitions by automatically timing each slide based on character count and preset time limits (international patent pending). Users can fully customize slide narration using LLMs, voice synthesis, and voice recognition adjusting tone, phrasing, and content type through simple prompts. Supporting over 30 languages, the tool promotes multilingual accessibility, enabling inclusive and seamless communication for global teams.
