LG CNS, Korea’s premier AI transformation (AX) firm, has officially introduced its cutting-edge PerfecTwin ERP Edition at SAP Sapphire 2025, SAP’s global enterprise tech event in Orlando. This enhanced solution showcases the company’s growing role in enterprise IT transformation through AI-powered ERP testing and expanded cloud ERP services.
Building on the version launched at last year’s event, the new PerfecTwin ERP Edition includes advanced AI features to simulate real transaction data, protect sensitive information, and accelerate ERP system validations across financial, procurement, and HR modules.
AI Enhancements Deliver Smart, Secure ERP Testing
PerfecTwin ERP Edition creates a virtual replica of ERP systems to run thorough pre-implementation and upgrade tests. What sets this version apart is its AI engine, which generates realistic transaction test data where real data is insufficient. The AI also identifies and scrubs sensitive information—like user credentials—ensuring data privacy and compliance.
Furthermore, the AI component analyzes error patterns, performs root-cause tracing, and minimizes validation cycles, leading to faster, more accurate deployments.
Strategic Collaboration with SAP and Global Expansion
At the event, LG CNS strengthened its long-term SAP collaboration by enhancing service offerings for cloud ERP, including application operations, security updates, version upgrades, and SAP Business Technology Platform core services.
To support global growth, LG CNS also announced plans to establish a new ERP delivery center in India by the end of 2025. This will allow the company to scale its services across the Asia-Pacific and Japan regions, offering global clients faster and more agile ERP deployments.
Leadership in Innovation and Strategic Alignment
CEO Shin Gyoon Hyun participated in a panel session at SAP Sapphire for the second year, discussing cloud ERP transformation, customer success, and AI-driven digital innovation. His presence underscores LG CNS’s strategic alignment with SAP’s cloud-first vision.
